Do you take orders over the phone?

Which regions do you deliver to?

We deliver to the UK, Europe and Rest of the World. For more on delivery please see our delivery information.

What are the delivery costs?

All orders £50 and over qualify for FREE UK Standard delivery.

UK delivery costs are from £3.99. Please check out our delivery options and rates on our delivery information.

Worldwide deliveries including Europe, USA and Canada are at a flat rate of £12.

 

When will I receive my order?

For UK orders, this depends on your delivery option, standard delivery aim is 2 working days.

Europe delivery aim is 3-5 working days.

Rest of the world delivery aim is 5-7 working days.

 

Can I track my order? 

Yes. All our orders can be tracked on the Royal Mail website. 

I've changed my mind

Not a problem, we are happy to refund or exchange. Please contact us as soon as you can but bear in mind orders are sent out within 2 working days. If the order has already been posted, please contact us when you receive your order. 

NB:- Please note for hygiene reasons we are unable to take earrings back.

My item is faulty, what do I do?

We make every effort to ensure the quality of our products but in the unlikely event this happens we are happy to refund or exchange. Please contact us with the assurance that we will help you.
