We want you to be happy with your purchase but if you are not satisfied we will issue a refund on unused and unworn items (excluding earrings, unless faulty) returned within 30 days of purchase in the original box or packaging You will need to cover the costs of postage for returns, but if the product is faulty we will refund the postage to you. Please ensure you get proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for any items lost in transit before we receive them.
We will give you a full refund within 14 days of receiving your return, by the same method you used to pay.
